HR & Office Support position :

KENGO KUMA & ASSOCIATES in Tokyo is recruiting new staff for the HR & Ofice support position.

Description of Job :

You will be responsible for HR duties related transactions such as recruiting, on-boarding, leave of absence, leave administration, time management, health check-up arrangement and general administrative task, office support, etc.

Requirements :

  • Japanese native or equivalent, and business level of English communication skill
  • Experienced in HR and know the fundamentals of HR operations. Good communication skills and multi-tasking is essential to be successful.
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork related mindset
  • Possess a flexible, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Working days:Monday ~ Friday (Saturday・Sunday・National Holiday)
  • Compensation:Company Standard
