事務スタッフ - 契約書関連業務

Administrative position :

KENGO KUMA & ASSOCIATES in Tokyo is recruiting new staff for the administrative position.

Description of Job :

Overseas contract review, legal check and inquiries
Support internal client’s necessary document for legal reviews
Prepare legal documents and materials for external parties
Provide legal advice and support for other internal clients
Search overseas competition information and support preparation of materials

Requirements :

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Japanese essential, Chinese (Mandarin) desirable
  • Experience in a paralegal or legal/compliance assistant role 3 years at least
    Knowledge of Legal and Compliance preferential
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Flexible and Positive response are necessary
  • Working days:Monday -Friday (Saturday・Sunday・National Holiday)
  • Compensation:Company Standard
