ZEB Planner: results reporting and future goals 2026.05.13

■ Results Against FY2025 Targets
Regarding our target for ZEB* projects to account for 50% or more of all design contracts received in FY2025, the actual results were approximately 18% for newly constructed buildings of 2,000㎡ or more, while the percentage for newly constructed buildings under 2,000㎡ and existing buildings was 0%.

■ Targets Toward FY2030
Based on our goal of achieving a ZEB adoption rate of 30% or higher by FY2030 for new building design projects under 10,000㎡ undertaken by our company, we will continue promoting the wider adoption of ZEB as a certified ZEB Planner.
