Architect / BIM Designer (Revit)
Description & Requirements
We are seeking a creative architect with strong Revit proficiency and 5–10 years of professional experience in the design development of large-scale architectural projects. As part of the design team, you will contribute to architectural design development and coordination with engineering consultants. We are looking for someone with a flexible, proactive, and positive attitude who can work effectively within a collaborative environment.
Main Responsibilities
・Support architectural design development across various project phases using Revit
・Coordinate with engineering consultants and multidisciplinary teams
・Assist with project file setup in Revit, including coordinates, linked files, worksets, shared parameters, and browser organization.
・Provide daily support of Revit model management, including documentation coordination of views, sheets, and schedules; worksharing; links; families; and Revit plugins.
Software Skills
Required
・Advanced proficiency in Revit
・Minimum 5 years of continuous professional Revit experience within an architectural office environment
Preferred / Optional
・Dynamo
・Enscape
・Rhinoceros
・AutoCAD
・Other related design software
Qualifications
・Licensed architect or equivalent architectural degree
・Experience across multiple project phases on medium- to large-scale projects
・Strong communication and teamwork skills
Languages
・English proficiency required
Working Schedule
・Monday to Friday
・Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on company standards and the candidate’s experience.
