Pingtan Zhuyu Bay Marina + Masterplan
Zhuyu Bay lies inland on Pingtan Island, where the mountains meet the sea. The bay’s form, mountain backdrop, and the memory of fishing villages create a unique spatial foundation. It carries the past while standing at the edge of urban change.
The bay holds the potential to become both the island’s urban center and a cultural anchor. The stone houses in sunset light, the sea breeze, and the golden ocean form the design’s starting image. In this special island setting, the project amplifies the natural appeal, allowing visitors to feel vitality and healing.
This project does not create a new Zhuyu Bay but uses the bay to reimagine island living. It integrates ecological corridors and water systems, reconfigures transport and neighborhoods, and activates urban life. By introducing yacht and film industries, the shoreline is reshaped into a vibrant cultural core.
A continuous waterfront loop links resorts, tidal parks, beach clubs, water sports centers, film bases, hotels, and viewpoints, enabling both land and water circulation. The landmark architecture, inspired by wind and waves, forms the bay’s core complex. In the future, Zhuyu Bay will enrich local life and attract visitors from home and abroad, continuously injecting vitality into Pingtan Island.

竹屿湾，位于福建平潭岛腹地，依山面海，是岛屿自然肌理与城市生长交汇的滨海湾区。完整的海湾形态、连绵的山林背景与仍可感知的渔村记忆，共同构成了这里独有的空间底色——既承载着过去，也站在平潭城市发展与生活方式转变的前沿。
在此基础上，竹屿湾被视为一处充满创造潜力的场所：它既有条件成为平潭岛的城市中心，也具备生长为文化锚点的可能。这里所承载的，不只是空间价值，更是一种源自海湾、山林与渔村记忆的情感力量。城市设计由此出发，在尊重岛屿独特地理与自然环境的前提下，让每一位到访者都能在山海之间感受到生命力的流动与疗愈。
本项目并非建造一个全新的竹屿湾，而是以竹屿湾为媒介，重新想象岛屿生活的可能。竹屿新城虽位于平潭岛发展格局的核心，却长期面临生态敏感、交通联系不足、产业导入薄弱与城市核心缺失等问题。规划通过整合环境资源，编织绿色生态廊道、连通蓝色水系，夯实生态本底；构建水、陆、空多维交通网络，激活城市动脉；以小尺度街区与滨水街坊重塑公共生活场景，营造具有烟火气息的城市日常。
依托湾区资源，引入游艇与影视产业，整合上下游产业链，并结合旅游休闲功能，为区域注入持续活力。通过重塑海湾岸线，打造平潭中心的文化之岛与活力之岛，形成“一湾映双核，一廊环六区”的总体空间结构。在核心湾区，以游艇码头为引擎，融合体育、康养、文化与娱乐功能，构建独一无二的活力滨水体验。
连续的滨水景观环线串联度假村、生态潮汐公园、沙滩俱乐部、水上运动中心、影视基地、酒店与公共观景空间，并提供水陆并行的游览体系。标志性建筑以风与浪为意象，形成集游艇码头、影视中心、水上体育与商业配套于一体的滨海地标；依托山体地形布局高端度假设施，结合索道与观景平台，营造多层次、多感官的滨海生活场景。
未来的竹屿湾，不仅服务于平潭市民多元而开放的城市生活，也将以其独特的滨海空间魅力，吸引海内外游客，持续为平潭岛注入活力与想象——山林相望，城湾共生，湾海环流，合拥为一。
