Archisite ORU
A double-skin, multi-purpose shoe designed to run freely through both the tough conditions of construction sites and the wild environments of forests, grasslands, and wetlands without distinction.
Its internal structure employs Yatara-ami, a traditional Japanese weaving technique previously used in our design for METARIDE AMU. This structure is enveloped by a semi-transparent upper cover made of Dyneema® —a fabric known for its exceptional durability and characterized by a washi-like texture.
Although it is a shoe, it adopts a dual system of structure and skin, much like architecture. Through this layered construction, a new tool emerges—one capable of bridging the fragile human body and the untamed conditions of the natural environment.
