Introducing the new location of “EIBUN,” a leading restaurant redefining modern Okinawa soba.
The walls, crafted from traditional Okinawan red clay tiles, blend seamlessly into the floor with white plaster. The counter features illumination made from interconnected red tiles, alongside pillars ingeniously built using whole, unbroken handmade tiles. These red tiles are produced at the very same factory supplying the reconstruction of Shuri Castle, set for completion this year.
Here, Okinawan tradition and modern design beautifully coexist in a bright, open atmosphere.
