A garden terrace hotel was built on a site where a factory once stood in a regional city in order to revitalize the area. Bamboo was selected as the theme for the project. Bamboo was planted in the central courtyard, and it was used for the exterior walls and in the interior. The building was limited to a height of two stories in order to provide harmony with housing in the area. A chapel that is covered with glass is provided in the center where this is a water feature and bamboo grove to allow weddings to be held in the bamboo grove. This blend of texture and light creates mysterious space in the bamboo courtyard.
